Taxco Churches
Parroquia de Chavarrieta, Catholic, Puente Ramonet

This lovely and beautifully maintained church has a long and important history in Taxco. It is located in a neighborhood with especially beautiful architecture. A wide stone stairway from the main street through Taxco, Calle Benito Juárez, leads up to a small tranquil plaza where the church is found. Notice its crenellated roof, looking much like a medieval castle and in another of the photos below a collection of the milagros displayed inside.
